Can Yalım, one of our founders, was born in Istanbul in 1978. Can Yalım completed his high school education in 1996 at Kdz. He successfully graduated from Kdz. Ereğli TED College in 1996. Afterwards, he graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration in 2000. Can Yalım is fluent in English.

After completing his education, he started his business life in the audit sector. In his audit career, which lasted for about 3 years, he has provided consultancy services to many international companies and Turkey’s most prominent holdings to create added value.

During his business life, he has specialised in full attestation, IFRS, CMB, TUGS, and company valuation reports. He has carried out all SAP implantation in an international organisation operating in the logistics sector in many countries and has assumed the role of team leader in these processes. In addition to team leadership, he has successfully managed and completed the financial processes of all investments made by the Company.

He took an active role in the establishment, monitoring and reporting of CMB processes and CMB audits for the leading organisations in the construction sector and successfully continued his team leadership role for many years. He took part in the international audit committee and managed the auditing processes of companies within the group. He has assumed important roles in the creation of NASDAQ reporting processes of many of the world’s leading technology companies.

He managed the Due Dilligence processes and company valuation processes of a leading organisation in Turkey’s energy sector, and then worked as Finance Manager in the same structure and created financial reporting processes. In the following years, he took part in the senior management of this international organisation and made significant contributions to the growth of the company.

He continues to transfer his knowledge and experience gained in many international organisations and Turkey’s leading conglomerates.
